Ready to find that unique site for your business? Need warehouse space? We have architecturally significant commercial and industrial properties now available in popular towns, such as Gloversville and Johnstown, that can be customized to fit your business like a glove. Space is available in historic, grand buildings that feature distinctive architecture, 100 year old brick, and hardwood floors, surrounded by plentiful and free parking. If you need more room, space is now available in mixed-use, multi-story structures, former manufacturing facilities and textile plants. We have many options to choose from.

Affordable Space

Here is where that unique space you’ve been looking for is not so far out of reach. It’s just waiting to be claimed. In Schenectady, Saratoga, Albany and Troy, the kind of space we’re talking about usually comes at a premium. But not here. Our office / industrial / commercial land values and rents are highly competitive when compared to other regions in New York State.

Incubating Great Ideas

Plans are in the works by Fulton County’s Center for Regional Growth to convert the 35,000-square-foot former Ohm Laboratory building, which was also a Sears department store at one point, into prime incubator space for burgeoning businesses. This will give businesses a place to grow, before moving on to the Tryon Technology Park.

“There’s no shortage of nice space, and the rents are extremely affordable. What we really loved about the Knitting Mill is the character of the space. It’s a beautiful building. There are hardwood floors and these big, beautiful windows. You can’t help it when you walk through there, you want to hatch an idea to be able to take advantage of it.” –Mike Smith, Co-founder, No. 22 Bicycle, Johnstown, NY
